I normally wear a 12 E in boots, and since these were more pointed toe, I figured the 12 EE would be perfect, but they are a little loose. I've tried on a pair of Justin boots that were similar in a size 12D and they were way too tight. But, I put a pair of Dr Schoal's gel inserts and if I wear thick socks, they fit really great.
