I bought these boots and today is my first day wearing them. If you can imagine a cowboy shaped rain boot that describes these well. I don't think the point comes across that well in the photo, but be prepared they are pretty pointy. Also, I wear a size 7.5 but ordered up to a size 8 and they are pretty snug. Don't think you could wear thick socks and you need skinny jeans/pants for them. I'll see how well they hold on in the weather today--trying them out for the first time in the rain/floods that we are being hit with this week.
