I only gave 4 stars because of their sizing. Bernie Mev insists that 40=10, 39=9, 38=8. But not so! Order a full size larger. This model, Lulia, I had to return and finally got a 41, I'm usually a 9. I bought them for a trip to Europe and was going to walk lots and lots. These were recommended by a relative who travels extensively, and they are incredibly comfortable, once you get the correct size. They are made of stretchy strips of fabric, yet give you great support. The sole is incredibly cushy. I am prone to blisters from anything rubbing, and these were heaven to walk on. This model gives you height and support, and were easy to maneuver on cobblestone streets. I wore them with black socks and pants for a streamlined look. They deserve 5 stars for comfort, quality and ingenious construction. Brilliant.
